The Patient Care Co-ordinator Programme is a hands-on interactive programme for the whole team that takes place in your practice. The programme involves 4 full days in your practice over a period of 3-4 months.
This programme is implemented by a team led by Tracy Stuart, who herself has many years of experience in training and coaching teams throughout the UK in gaining patient acceptance for higher value treatment through improved communication and marketing skills.
Tracy's experience ranges from working with leading TV celebrity dentists through to small rural practices and she has successfully introduced practice management systems first developed in the USA.
This training has been designed to completely review the patients' journey through your practice, this programme will work with the whole team from the initial telephone script and appointment scheduling, to new patient consultation and case presentation, ensuring patient acceptance and understanding, whilst improving communication between the team to ensure the smooth running of the practice on a daily basis.
This level of training takes team members out of their comfort zone and empowers them with advanced expertise in Referral Requests, Final Questioning, the Smile Analysis and more, to help you welcome, impress and retain every prospective patient.
Throughout this programme there will be a focus on verbal skills. By the end of the programme, the team will be adept in a comprehensive range of roles, including communicating with new patients by phone, dealing with appointment cancellations, making failure to attend calls, consultations with new patients and much more.
With first-rate communication, the team will be able to meet patient needs effectively and efficiently, and make the most out of every opportunity to further the business.
