Having an EPC in place is a legal requirement when selling a dental practice, without one you will not able to put your practice on the market. An EPC certificate applies regardless whether the premises is freehold or leasehold however Grade I and Grade II listed properties DO NOT require an EPC.
If your premises were built prior to year the 2000, it is also a legal requirement to have an asbestos survey in place.
