Highly RecommendedI sold my practice in 2018 using Frank Taylor & Associates. The first stage is probably the most important - the valuation. Tianna So came to the practice quickly and within a couple of hours had all the information to get the valuation process started. Basically this means getting a good feel of the practical aspects of the business and understanding the culture / ethos / branding then listing/valuation of all the equipment and finally analysing the last 3 years financial information and patient lists. With all this valuable information Tianna put together a proposed valuation which then gets reviewed by a panel at FTA. As a Chartered Accountant and business owner I already had a good idea of the valuation but it gave me comfort to see the FTA valuation and supporting documentation in line with my expectations. The value and offer price has to be fair and realistic and both the seller and buyer need to feel that there is something good about the deal. Tianna was very helpful during these crucial early stages and recommended Tom Coates at FTA Law to act as solicitor for the transaction. It is imperative to use a good dental specialist solicitor and Tom and his team were excellent throughout the due diligence, sale and purchase agreement and completion. I would recommend Frank Taylor & Associates to anyone thinking of selling their practice.
Highly profession & experienced organisationThis highly professional and experienced organisation were instrumental in making the sale of my practice a success. Of all the valuations I had done they were the ones that correctly assessed and subsequently delivered the best return for my business. During each step there was a personal contact guiding me through the often arduous and convoluted process of selling a practice. Their knowledge of the dental sector was invaluable in getting the process to completion. There were frequent updates and support.which continued well past the phase of finding a buyer and negotiating a price. FTA does it all!Over the last thirty years I have been an FTA customer and have had the opportunity to see, and experience, how this company works and has evolved. The company began life with Frank Taylor, as a small business offering a highly efficient personal service to the dental profession.
