When you want to sell, achieving the best value for your dental practice represents the realisation of a huge investment. We completely understand the need for our clients to be totally comfortable with our working methods and what to expect from us.  Confidentiality is a cornerstone of what we do.

From the outset, we work with you in preparing a confidential and anonymised sales prospectus which reflects the unique elements of your practice, so that we are able to create an indelible impression that can be communicated to prospective purchasers. This is an important element in helping you sell your dental practice.

We will only market a dental practice for sale that has been valued by us as we need to be confident that the asking price is both realistic and achievable.

As part of our sales service we offer the opportunity to film a 360 virtual tour of your practice which will be used in all marketing activities for the sale of your practice to our registered members.

All practices sold through us are launched to the open market (unless we are requested not to) and not to just a select few buyers.  Communication regarding the launch of your practice with prospective purchasers – for whom we have a comprehensive buying profile – is always by email. In this way the communication process is kept streamlined and confidential. Dentists looking to buy a practice, register with us as a member and we offer a number of different membership levels depending on their buying requirements and the time frame in which they are looking to buy.

Once a prospective buyer has received the anonymised information about a practice, and expressed an interest in more information, we will arrange a time for a viewing. We will follow all viewing appointments up as they can provide valuable feedback and will always share this with you.

The next step is to encourage an offer and all offers are put to you, the seller, as the final decision ultimately rests with you. We will of course advise on what we consider to be the best offer, which in some cases will not necessarily be the highest, but the final decision remains down to you.

We also advise on the various steps once a sale gets underway and progresses.  We remain active and on hand throughout the sales process, from solicitors being appointed, dealing with CQC (we offer a specialist in-house service to support buyers through the CQC process) to providing regular updates and resolving issues if they arise on the path to completion.  We will handle all negotiations and will happily provide advice and guidance every step of the way.
