Dentists looking to buy a practice, register with us as a member and we offer a number of different membership levels depending on their buying requirements and the time frame in which they are looking to buy.
Once a prospective buyer has received the anonymised information about a practice, and expressed an interest in more information, we will arrange a time for a viewing. We will follow all viewing appointments up as they can provide valuable feedback and will always share this with you.
The next step is to encourage an offer and all offers are put to you, the seller, as the final decision ultimately rests with you. We will of course advise on what we consider to be the best offer, which in some cases will not necessarily be the highest, but the final decision remains down to you.
We also advise on the various steps once a sale gets underway and progresses. We remain active and on hand throughout the sales process, from solicitors being appointed, dealing with CQC and providing regular updates and resolving issues if they arise on the path to completion.
