Q: Do you feel you received a good level of service from Frank Taylor & Associates?
A: Yes, we received an excellent service throughout the transaction. From beginning to the end Frank Taylor & Associates was nothing but amazing! They gave me advice on all aspects about the purchase and were quick to intervene when things got held up. Q: How quickly was your offer accepted?
A: The sale went to a sealed bids process in the end so our offer was accepted within 1-2 weeks.
Q: What was the most challenging part of buying your practice?
A: A number of things spring to mind but in particular it was the negotiations with the landlord on the leasehold aspect of the practice, dealing with the CQC and the Local Area Team that were tricky.
Q: Do you have any advice or tips to share with future buyers?
A: Don’t hesitate to do it if this is the path you want to go down. Just be prepared to have your patience tested along the way!
