Practice Sale Story – A Swift Sale!

We’re often asked how long it takes to sell a dental practice.  The honest answer is….it varies depending on several different factors.  Some of these factors include the level of interest we receive once the sale process starts, whether a buyer already has their funding in place through to the solicitors involved once the sale moves forward.

We recently handled a practice sale of a 1 surgery, private practice located in SW London that proceeded quicker than we anticipated.

The practice was valued at £346,540 and as soon as it was launched for sale, we received a significant amount of interest and numerous viewings were booked.

Within a week, we received an asking price offer which the seller was delighted to accept.

It is important to note that each sale is unique and cannot be predicted until it is in progress.
